Elvis is currently the Managing Director of Norrenberger Securities Limited, the Stockbroking subsidiary of the Norrenberger Financial Group. He is a top performing Chartered Stockbroker. He has about 16 years of expertise in Equity and Fixed Income Securities sales and trading, Equity research, Stockbroking operations and Primary market transactions in the Nigerian Stock Market.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, he worked as the Head of Equity Sales & Stockbroking Operations at Quantum Zenith Securities & Investments Limited, where he excelled as a Sales expert and was part of the team under Quantum Zenith Group that acted as both Joint Issuing Houses and Joint Stockbroker to the Airtel Africa Initial Public Offer that raised about $750 million in 2019.

Elvis started his career with the then Zenith Securities Limited (now Quantum Zenith Securities & Investments Limited), the Stockbroking subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc, where he got grounded in stockbroking operations, Lien services, Equity research and sales.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Process Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer & Textile Engineering (B.Eng.) from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange Group and a Sponsored Individual of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Omobolanle is currently compliance officer of Norrenberger Securities Limited. She is self-motivated and committed to improving compliance culture. She has about 15 years’ experience in capital market spanning, research, equities analysis, compliance and internal control.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, she worked as Chief Compliance officer at Foresight Securities & Investment Limited (FSIL). She began her career at FSIL as Equities Research Analyst and served in various capacities which include Assistant Head, Risk Management & Compliance and Manager, Foresight Bureau De Change Limited at various times. At FSIL, she improved the compliance culture, helped steer clear regulatory infractions and developed an efficient KYC management system.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Ado-Ekiti and Master’s degree in Finance from University of Lagos. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited

Chidinma Obidigbo is the Lead Human Resource Manager for Norrenberger Securities Limited. She is a certified Human Resources professional with over 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Business process improvement. She has worked in Media/Advertising, Entertainment, Telecommunication and Consulting Industry.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, her previous experience was as Human Resource Business Partner with Transsion Holdings, where she set up the Mobile Internet – HR department and worked with several cross functional team in West Africa (Kenya, Cote d Ivoire and Ghana) to improve the Human resources processes.

Chidinma is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a certified Professional in Human Resources Institute.

Andrew is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Norrenberger Securities Limited.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Amborg Global Resources (AGR) Limited; a leading engineering company offering integrated construction solutions and related services across Nigeria. Andy started the company in 2008 and it provides services in all areas of construction including Facilities Management and Real Estate Development. Andy is also an astute investor, with interests spanning Oil & Gas, Telecomms, Agriculture and Hospitality.

Tony serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Norrenberger Securities Limited.

He is currently the Group Managing Director /CEO of The Norrenberger Financial Group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of New Frontiers Developments; a venture capital investment firm focused on SMEs. With over 18 years of experience, his vast wealth of knowledge spans Investment and Portfolio Management, Strategy, Financial Risk Management, Modeling, Financial Reporting and Operations Management. In his role as CIO of New Frontiers Developments, he originated and executed several landmark investments and private equity deals which have gained international recognition.

He has also worked on several green and brownfield transactions covering Oil & Gas, Power, Agriculture, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, and Impact Investing. Tony started his career with the audit firm of KPMG Professional Services (Formerly Arthur Andersen) where he spent nearly a decade. While at KPMG, he was accredited to provide advisory services to clients in Credit Risk and Economic Capital Modeling.

Soye serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Norrenberger Securities Limited.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of cumulative experience in audit and tax consultancy, accounting, and general management. He is also an alumnus of SAID Business School of University of Oxford where he attended the Oxford Advanced Management & Leadership Programme.

He was erstwhile General Manager, Best Oils Limited Ibadan, Oyo State, and Finance Director, Vitamalt Plc, Agbara Industrial Estate, Ogun State. Prior to that, he joined Ventures & Trust Limited (V&T) as Managing Associate and Chief Financial Officer in 2003 and Mutual Benefits Group in 2007 as Executive Director Corporate Planning and Investment from where he left as Group Finance Director, to establish Mutual Exploration and Production Limited, in 2013.

He is the current Chairman of Mutual Micro Finance Bank, Mutual Benefit Life Assurance Limited, Access Solutions Limited, Praisehill Limited and Grace House Capital and sits on numerous boards where he serves in various capacities.
